Winston Street is a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm serving multiple middle market industries. We specialize in manufacturing and industrials, oil field service and equipment, industrial services and general business to business services and products. In addition to traditional buy-side and sell-side services, Winston Street offers a full scope of services to address all of our client’s M&A needs, including debt and equity raises, recapitalizations, value fairness opinions, due diligence and much more.

Leadership

STEPHEN RIPPERManaging Director
Stephen Ripper, Managing Director at Winston Street, is an accomplished business advisor with comprehensive experience in leading and executing M&A deals. He has over 10 years of experience serving clients in the areas of financial management, business strategy, transaction strategy, exit advisory, and mergers & acquisitions.

Stephen served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. He lead his Marines through two tours to Iraq (specifically in Fallujah, Habbaniyah and Sal Sinjar) after which he resigned his active duty commission as a decorated Captain.

Stephen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.A. in Government while a student-athlete on the university’s baseball team. He holds a Masters in Accountancy from the University of Houston with specialization in oil and gas finance. Additionally, he is a certificate holder from Harvard Business School’s Executive Program for Mergers and Acquisitions: Strategy, Execution, and Post-Merger Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant with the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy and holds Series 63 and Series 79 licenses with FINRA.
